We book out slot by our convenience then They request us to change the slot timing After we accept there request They dont show up on scheduled time When we call them they say ( sir ne mujhe waha pe bhej diya ) When we call customer care of hoora to solve the problem the lady on call gives me the reason that (sorry sir our employees vehicle broke down) Then i said her that ,he says ( sir ne mujhe waha bhej diya he ) then the lady on customer care says (mujhe toh usne aisaa bataya ) Then when i asked her about my car wash That at what time I should expect your employee to arrive She says (ajj ka cancel hogya he apka app kall parso ka koi slot book karlo ) In this way my day was wasted and i washed my vehicle from the washing center arround my a House Its waste of time dont be dependent on this service They dont know what is importance of our time We book a slot They request to change and make it 2,3 hours earlier then they dont even show up on decided time and then they do this madness and then they asks us to select next day slot . Highly unprofessional behaviour. Do dont even deserve negative star for their rating.
