First time booked at 4pm. Had called them up and they confirmed at 3pm .. called at 4:05 when noone contacted me.. someone came at 4:40pm .. did not use the service as I had an appointment for 5pm. second time booked for 11am next day , messaged them on WhatsApp to pls let me know if the service partner gets delayed. They messaged “ok” but cancelled the booking on the backend. Would not recommend, probably would not go far considering the customer service, communication and attitude.
I had 3 cars and I was looking to see if I can use them long term for all of my cars. So this experience was more of a test than anything else.
Very glad I did not prepay..!!! Local service providers are better.
