I booked for car washing on October 11 2023 and they said they will start the service from 23. Oct 23. On 23 non turned up and when pinged they said they will start on Nov 1, but again it didn’t start. They pinged on Nov 1 they said they can’t start and they will refund within 11 days, but till date I don’t see any refund. Now they have started not to respond to any of my messages and calls. How do I get the refund of 1500 now.

Hi,
Service not delivered on 2nd feb and one of the Hoora executive stated reason that location is too far however another executive said lo about is not well and on sick leave. They cancelled my service and initiate refund which will net get credited yet in my account. It’s been almost 2 week and haven’t received any call.
Very pathetic and disgusting.
