My service is been cancelled 8 times some times they said they are unable to contact the car cleaners some times they say due to personal problems he can’t come … some time they say he is not well …. Some times they say he cot late by 2 hours due to traffic and previous duty … their call centre’s are soooooo weak in communication skill … and that to you need to call 10 times then they will pick up the calls … and some times even more … my frank opinion not to waste your money here … and I am telling you this as their Hoora plus customer who paid in advance
