Hi,

I was leaving in rented house in mysore from last 2.2 years. I gave 30000 rs as a security advance now we are vacating the house and as per the agreement the maximum amount to be cut is 10,000 for painting or cleaning charge. So our lanlandy told that she will cut 10,000 for painting charge and 5000 for cleaning charge, so we told that we only will clean the house so we cleaned the house that cost 2500 now the landlady is again telling that this is not clean and you have to pay extra.
