I have taken a House in Beverley Hills (Kakatheyia Hills) in Hyderabad in the Month of March 2020 paid an advance of 1.5 lacs to the Owner Named: Madhan Mohan to the account in Vijaya Bank on 26th March, told Owner that will be shifting after Lock Down Period, Even after June 8th 2020, after relaxation as the Number of cases were high in Hyderbad avoided to shift, called the owner and told him that will be shifting once the Pandemic comes to control, he started abusing that he has lost the RENTS of April and May and now if it goes needs to pay if not occupied the House, told him that will return the keys and cannot pay without occupying, handed over Keys on June 23rd, till date every day whenever called him for backing advance he is using abuse language even when my mother aged discussed he used Filthy language I do have Recordings of the same.
