Ibibo Group / Goibibo – Amount not refunded even after airline refunded to Goibibo

I had booked tickets for 4 passengers (PNR G8W9MC split later for 3 passengers with additional PNR and EYHN4J & CBCPVJ) protected.
The Airline has confirmed that they have processed refund on 15th Oct 2020, response to my grievance# 2309996 and 2342818 registered at Ingram portal and have asked me to contact travel agent Goibibo.com.
However Goibibo.com doesn’t have a customer support number which works nor e-mail id i can write to to contact. They only provide a web form to raise refund request which gives error and no other options.
Kindly consider to take necessary actions to get Goibibo respond and refund my amount. Thank you

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Ibibo Group / Goibibo.

  1. Today I was surprisingly able to raise a ticket with Goibibo.com on refund based on “directly cancelled with airline”, which they say will take 21-45 days for revert after coordinating with airline.

    Note that the airline has already refunded the full amount to Goibibo.com exactly like Amazon-Cleartrip (which is already credited to my account last week) and still they need that much time. Totally unprofessional & unethical!!!

  2. I tried all possible means to contact Goibibi.com. No numbers are working, No e-mails are workin and dont have an option on site nor app other than a form for refund which gives error. And no response from Goibibo.com even after airline has processed the refund.
