Dear Sir,

I have an account with IDBI Bank Manesar branch (Gurgaon) from more then 10 Year.

On 03 Sep 2017 at 21.33 and 21.34, Rs 5000 (2500 x 2 transition ) was withdrawn thru ATM from my account; which i came to know thru SMS. I have called to customer care and blocked my card immediately. From customer care i came to know that a new card was issued in my name on Aug 2017. I never received the same card. Even i did not had any information about release of the same card.

I have made the written complain to IDBI bank customer care on the same day. Further, on advice of IDBI bank customer care, I have visited the IDBI branch & raised a written complain apart from making a police complain.
IDBI bank branch have share the POD of ATM Pin in which my company stamp was there without any recipient sign / name/ mobile no & delivery date. So i could not able to trace trace who have got the ATM Pin.

Also they have shared the Debit card delivery no (Speed post) which delivery tracking status report was online available but does not carry the recipient identity like Name / Mobile No etc. I have asked to the bank for arranging the receipt in which the recipient identity might be available; which i have not received yet.

Apart from it the bank manager had informed me that they are arranging a clip of ATM so that we should know who have withdrawal the money. Till now after two month & Eight days has been past the same is not available.

You can understand my pain. In my opinion, It is a duty of the bank to deliver the card / ATM pin to the right person. Which was not followed. My complete amount from the account has been withdrawn; luckily on that day only Rs 5000/- was available on it otherwise it would be huge loss.

We do not know to whom IDBI bank have deliver my card & ATM Pin, who have withdrawn the money. This is a serious lapse in Banking management system.

Even I have not received any SMS regarding the issue of new card / ATM Pin etc. Your customer care is asking me to follow up with the banking branch who are not at all supportive and failed to arrange anything which they have committed / which is their duty. They are not even able to arrange the Speed post receipt / ATM cam clip till date. I observed that they are very much supporting to courier guy & its functioning who have deliver the ATM Pin to unknown person without taking any record of his identity.

IDBI bank branch is about 50 KM far from my home. Addition to it i have to take leave for visiting your branch. Already i have visited twice in their branch for the particular case & incurred added indirect loss.

My account had zero balance now. I have requested to IDBI bank to reversal / pay back my money (Rs 5000/-) immediately & waive off the minimum account balance charge for the same period.

Apart from it I requested them to arrange & share the clip of ATM & receipt of Speed post. I must get to know to whom IDBI bank have deliver my debit card and ATM Pin.

Enclosing:- Past communication with IDBI customer care along with the various related document like SMS, complain letter, police report, POD etc

Please support for getting resolve my complain & improving the banking system for avoiding the re-occurrence of such events.
