I am currently residing in Singapore and I placed an order#2824335 via online website “https://IGP.com” on 9th Jul 2020. I bought a rakhi pack and request to deliver it to Sweden address. After placing the order and full payment in advance, company portal showed the tentative delivery date of 16th July. I waited for some time but order status didn’t change to next stage and stuck on “Order process” state. Given that Rakhi dates are coming close and there is no status update yet, I decided to call their customer care. I was able to reach their customer care representative on “+91-22-43433333″ twice on 22nd and 24th July. Both time i was assured that my parcel has been shipped and order tracking status will get changed soon on website too. I waited till weekend and decide to call back again on 27th Jul (Monday) on two numbers given on website which are +91-22-43433333 and +91-22-39650300. For my surprise, nobody bother to answer the calls since last two days even after waiting for 10-15 minutes on IVR multiple times. Company have no toll free numbers and these call were charged to me with international calling charges. Lastly I send an email to company support group @”[email protected]” this morning but got no response yet.

IGP has charged me 43.5 Singapore$ for this order out of which only 5S$ is the product cost and rest are delivery charges. Even after charging the 38S$ for delivery charges they showed no curtesy to update order status or send any communication in this regard. This is both financial and emotional lose to me since I have lost my money as well as I won’t be able to send my gifts to may family on time.
