Just like every other doctors I too had some dreams and always cherished it. But my experience in this clinic has shattered me into pieces. Though I had worked here for only few days I got a complete picture of the unethical works and malpractices done.
I was working in I Graft Global Hair Services Bangalore
When a client has to pay his bill, they take cash from him. No card payments. Thereafter the customers are given online invoice
Hair Transplantation a complex procedure performed by experienced surgeons is done by technicians in this clinic. But when asked they would say to their customers, it is performed by a surgeon
No assurance for treatments, no responsibilities, medical negligence
Huge amount is paid by customers for procedures saying, their techinques are different.
Sugar-coated words to attract customers but no results. Customers are made scapegoats in the name of treatment .
I had worked here for few days. Before joining they gave me promises, but later I came to know that doctors are not given respect.
They treated me like a Sales Executive rather than a Doctor
They asked me to visit Salons, Spas, Malls and IT companies for generating client inflow and sale like a Sales Representative
When I refused to do so they said I have to do it as I had signed contract of 2 years
No hygienic procedures
Management people are not medical professionals. Hence, they lack techinical knowledge regarding medicine.
They aim only at marketing not client safety.
Patients who come up with minor scalp issues are given high cost packages which could be treated by normal treatments
Sorry to say this awful services, worst clinic I have ever worked in.
Please do not visit any of their branches as they give no results(Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad)
Wastage of money. time and energy
Sadly saying due to the above mentioned problems(drained completely)I left my job
