I was suppose to take hair treatment today, where they took initial advance of Rs.15k to book the slot and remaining on the day of treatment. I thought of making Balance payment of Rs. 30k through credit card. But they were asking 18% GST if we making payment through Debit or Credit card which will cost Rs. 5, 400 extra. And I told them than cancel the whole treatment and refund the money which I have paid. They are not ready to pay the refund money as it is their company policy. I will be taking legal action and will bring them to court for cheating innocent people. If anyone want has experienced similar thing, you can send a mail to me with details
