Illegal construction on 3rd floor f24 green park main, new delhi 110 016… This is to inform you that an illegal structure on the entire terrace of second floor has been raised unlawfully without obtaining any permission from the concerned authorities. This building is falling within the restricted diameter under asi where extra construction or addition alteration in any manner is not allowed. As per asi and mcd rules this construction is absolutely illegal and unlawful and liable to be demolished. This illegal floor has been raised by the owner and has been rented out to a tenant.
You are requested to take appropriate, strict and immediate action against such illegal construction and demolish the same as soon as possible.
