This is bring to your notice that shiv kumar mishra owner of iiird floor, 9 baldev park, parwana road, delhi 110051 is illegally constructing another 5th floor on the premises without any consent from other floor owners/

We resisted him from construction but he is defiant and destroying the existing structures at roof top which is weakening the building & due to this weakness the building may fall as the building construction is already 20-25 years old.

You are requested to intervene and stop this illegal construction immediately to avoid any future mishappening.
