Applied for new connection 25 days back. The waitlist got cleared and online payment was made 15 days back. No delivery yet. Dealer doenn’t pick up phone. On going to dealership, they say what would online connection do, you need to come and submit hard copies of online documents, receipts, ID proof, photograph, etc. I am wondering what is online application meant for if I need to submit everything offline again? What is the documentation charge meant for? Called Indane customer care twice at an interval of about a week and both of the time they are not able to submit the complaint because their server is not working. Will try once more if their server connection works out. Online complaint system also not working. The page goes blank on submitting the complaint.
