I have applied for loan in this Rs.50000 they taken processing fee of Rs.2500 and then they are telling you bank details are wrong asking to pay 30%of loan amount to unfreeze account details

I had applied personal loan for 50000 they taken Rs. 750 for membership and 2500 for Management fees (they said amount is refunded) then said your account no is wrong so bank frozen your loan and now demanding 20% on loan amount for unfreezing, i said don’t want loan i want my rs 3250 refund

I have applied loan amount of Rs.300000 to India ai cash credit on 19/03/2022
They are asking processing fee of Rs.15000/-
I also paid ,after made a payment thet they told me that ,my account no is wrongly updated and again asking 20% of loan amount for relase the payment .
Pls help me to refund the processing fee
