I had applied for loan on India AI Credit Cash app. It was shown that my loan is approved but they asked for a 3500 processing fee. After paying that I found that my account number was changed and my account was frozen. I had to pay 21000 to unfreeze the account after I did that I was asked to pay 17000 for verification of the account after this I was again asked to pay 20000 for verification of my repayment ability. This is a fraud company and I want to lodge a complaint against it on cyber crime. Please take this complaint and block and remove this app.

I had applied a loan on 25th February, 2022 and it was approved but the customer support told me to pay 2500 as a processing fee after that he told my account froze because I had given wrong account details so I have to pay more 10000 then again he told to pay 5000 as a security certification fee then again he told to pay 10000 to check my payable ability then he told my loan is approved and I can withdraw my money through the app but there was no option so he told to activate withdrawal facility I have to pay 5000 more so all total I paid 32500 but there is no response till now n he’s not picking calls and not replying back in chat. I want Rs. 32500 back and nothing else. This is a fraud n scam app n want to lodge a complaint in cyber cell immediately do something.
I had applied a loan of Rs 50000 on 25th February, 2022 and also it got approved then the customer support person asked me to deposit 2500 as a processing fee after that he told that I had put wrong account information that’s why my account got froze so I have to pay 10000 to unfreeze it then again he told I have to pay 5000 as a security certification fee. Then he asked to pay 10000 again as the bank wants to know my payable ability then he told your loan is approved and now you can withdraw. But in the app there was no option to withdraw. That time he told to pay more 5000 to activate the withdrawal option. Till now they haven’t been released my loan amount. He also told to take from my friends n pay as he’ll release the amount in 10 mins. Now tell me where shall I go. I don’t want the loan please repay the Rs.32500 and I don’t want anything. They’re doing frauds
