Hi team. My name is Venu Kothapatnam and I am working in Bangalore. Recently on 27th Feb, I reached out to India AI credit cash loan app for the loan amount of 1 Lakh rupees but initially they asked for security deposit which is 5000 rupees along with membership fee of 1500 then as per the contractual agreement requested to pay 10000 of the loan amount as processing fee. Later, they told that account details are incorrect so bank freeze the loan and in order to unfreeze the loan, I need to pay 20000 rupees. After that, they shocked me by saying I have over dues in my account and bank requires another 15000 for process the loan agreement. In this way, they took 42500 from my side. When I told them to cancel the loan agreement and refund my money back, customer service executive advised me to wait for one month. Then, I did contacted them on 28th March. Now they are asking me to pay another 8500 for taxes.
Kindly file my case and recover my money.
