I paid Rs 1500/-as membership fees but I didn’t get any loan it says my account needs to be verified but I’m not getting any response from customer care instead of my numerous calls and messages

I have applied for the loan for 90k at first they asked for processing fee of ₹4500 then they asked for activation fee ₹8000 of then they asked for labour charges of 5000₹ then asked for verification charges of 10,000₹ after this they told me my loan got rejected and for the refund of all fee they asked for 10,000₹ after refund fee is paid they asked for labour fee of 10000₹ and then they asked for expedited fee of 8000₹ after paying all this they stopped responding how to complaint about this and get my refund back
