I applied for the loan of Rs 50000 for 36months tenure @ 0.5% per month on 23-03-2022. All the required formalities and docs has been submitted successfully but at the time of amount disbursement did not get into my account and showing an error that “Withdrawal Exceptions your account need to be verified, please contact customer service” My query of my haven’t been verified than how could loan amount will initiated, i want my amount as i have been charged for upcoming months and if in case i am not get the amount or it’s kinda of fraud than i would like to register a FIR for same and not going to pay single penny from my pocket.
So kindly do the needful
