India emporium still hasn’t refunded my money. After placing my order , 3 weeks later I was told product is out of stock. I asked for a refund- this was in March.
We are half way through May now and still no refund. I have contacted them many times, they responded twice promosng a refund within 3 weeks then again in a week but nothing’s come through so far. This company is a complete fraud and is giving other indian sites a bad name. This site should be closed. Is there. It an internet police or a fraud department in India who can look into this ? There’s so many people who have complained about not getting a refund- it’s enough evidence to take action against this site.
