I had ordered rakhi and sweets and made an online payment of 699 rs on 15/08/2016. The order was supposed to reach my brother on 18th, however it’s already 24th today and he hasn’t recieved anything. Last year i sent it through another website and it was delivered on time. I contacted the customer support, but no reply came. I tried calling the customer care lady she told me to call after 10:30 and shut the phone. I’m extremely disappointed by their service. And just want my money refunded. I give them minus rating. Never order anything from their website. They are day light robbers
