Dear Sir,
I received a call from india shopping marts for online shopping in the month of July, 2015 to shop for the product and I will get assured gift.
I could not find my product on their website hence I was asked to wait for few hours to get the product added online, Later I ordered the product “Faber 60 cm 1000 Ray Straight line Kitchen Chimney ” and paid the money ( RS: 7,4,99) online thru EBS ( Order Number # 5578 ). I was told that product will be delivered witin a week.
After 2-3 days, I was informed that I am winner winner of Rs 95000/- and product will be delivered once I pay the TDS, one of their employee clearly told that they won’t deliver the product, I checked online and found many such complainst against the company , I also came to know online that even after paying the TDS also, they have not delivered the product. I also told them I do not need the Cash Price, just refund my money… They made a very clear statement over phone, They are not going to deliver the product if I do not pay them further.
I am not sure, many innocent people might have made similar mistakes and got caught in such fraud, Request you to take action against Indiashopping marts company.
Request your help to get the refund.
Sir plz help me to clear this and i want my money back from the company.
