Ordered for Xiomi MI 4 mobile and online payment made against order ID 12234829 after that continuous calls received for cash price which was rejected by me to receive and thereafter no communication established now their website is also not working. One Mr. Arun Sharma was communicating from Mobile no.9266664615 regularly for clearing the transaction. But now no response and in case if he picks the call then everytime different replies for refund, till today no clue. I have made total of Rs.13,500/- through online banking. Please help me to get the refund.
