i would like to draw your attention to the fact that indiabulls real estate are cheating with buyers of proposed “Mega All” mall at indiabulls green panvel project. i Prakash r verma have booked a retail space at proposed “Mega All” project on 12/11/2011. they promised me that it will be ready in 3 years. i inquire with them periodically about progress of mall and every time they told me they are in process of receiving requisite approval from regulatory authorities and assured me that they will have it in 3-4 months time. for your kind reference i will attached email trail for your kind reference. but i got a cancellation letter from them on 6 Aug 2013 informing me that the project has been suspend and ask me to collect the booking amount. i wrote an email to clarify this matter and they emailed me on 17 aug 2013 that the project stand cancelled and they are not re-launching the same in any phase.

I visited the indiabulls green panvel site office on 15 sep 2013 to inquire about “Mega All” mall project and their sale representative show me mega mall location on site plan on paper and showed me actual site location where they have started the excavation for the foundation work of the mega mall. when i asked about retail space he said the booking is not started and they will soon start booking in coming month in the range of 10,000rs/sqft.

He assured me that the mall is definitely going to come up in the indiabulls green project.

There are lot of buyer of the said project who feel cheated because indiabulls want to cancel old buyer and re-launch the same with higher rate to new buyer. their sales representative show every one that there will be mall in project to sale their residential flat.

I have audio and video recording of the sale representative assuring me that the mall is being developed and it will be definitely being develop in indiabulls green phase 2.

please help me because i feel cheated by indiabulls real estate
