Product is not delivered and no any customer care and support are working for the product. THey charged me for that which cost is Rs.159. Order id – 1002193 and Order Number- 1003291. Please help me and take legal action against this company

I ordered Xolo Q800 Blue – Mobile accessories on 16.05.2014 and it also delivered, but the accessories was wrongly delivered instead of XOLO Q800 to XOLO Q700. Kindly arrange the accessories and replace it at the earliest.
Pls confirm once rectified.
