despite of charging rs. 339, indiacod not delivered my product and even not refunded my money back to me. my order detail is as under

After waiting for 7 days, i reordered the same product but at this time they were asking again for the money which i have already paid during the first order so please help me and take legal action against this company and plz. give me advice what steps i can take against this company
