I have applied for loan for 50000 in India ai credit cash loan app then the app redirected to give 750rs to get membership then then asked to give 2500 as service fee then also the loan is not approved so I asked for customer service then they told bank is asking to pay 5000 as to check for eligibility then I paid that also after paying that they said we are processing then they suddenly told the account was freezed due to incorrect information then also the app not facilitated to provide correction option and later they asked to pay 10000 to unfreeze later I searched in internet to check is that fraud then found that someone is also having same problem so I got to know this is a scam so I decided to raise complaint so this company should refund …
Even when I asked to refund he was telling me to pay 10000 to get refund these types of apps should not get access to playstore because all will lose money from these and even after saying about the reviews he is not himself able to troubleshoot problems he was scolding customer for giving review and they are not able to solve the problems the app dont have any options to correct things or review things that have filled just 2 screens are available home and me the home page shows the amount requested then me page shows details options but the options cannot be reviewed so I request to complaint office to take action and help me to refund my money these people are fooling audience with 1000s together not about small amount these cheaters can get better punishments for doing this I dont know where the company is from and in the playstore they have written their own statements as review that are not given by the public … This company should be banned and the people working in this company should get good punishments
