my name is Rais Uddin my indian overseas
bank A/C No.244701000002198 in branch sohna road Gurgaon
I’ve tried to withdraw 10000 rupees from an IDBI ATM, Chandni Chowk which got deducted from my bank saving account no. 244701000002198 but got NO CASH in hand.
I’ve wrote so many mails and visited the branch several times but no one has any idea about my money.

I would request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve my grievances
