I was travelling from Kanpur to Ranchi on 10th June on Rajdhani (Train No 12440). Since my E ticket was not confirmed I bought a first class ticket (Tkt No 03144496) and boarded the Rajdhani train.

The TTE charged me Rs 2570 (apart from 1st class tkt of Rs 905).

The fare from Kanpur to Ranchi for THIRD AC is RS 1405, including penalty it should be Rs 2810, where as I have paid total amount of Rs Rs 3475.

The TTE was not ready to explain me fare and was rude when I asked him the details.
The excess fare receipt no was 449708.

I request for a speedy action.
