I filed TDR on 06.11.2015 bearing Cancellation ID: 100000073927645 for the reason Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And All Passengers Did Not Travel. Ticket was from stn-Villupuram to Howrah bearing PNR NO.4623097992 dated-21.07.2015.Inspite of my several reminder, I have not received the refund
