Hi,
I have booked online ticket from Indore (PNR : 8344183788)to Delhi.And suddenly on the day of journey i got the message ( Train NO 12415 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Inconvenience caused to passengers is deeply regretted.)from IRCTC.Then i tried to file TDR at the same time while getting message but it was not working for the same PNR number.
Yet now i did not get my amount refund for that ticket. Please help in this issue so i can get money refund from IRCTC.
