Booked tickets online & cancelled online on 09/12/2016. As per SMS after cancellation I was suppose to get Rs. 6520.00. After numerous mails no refund yet. Customer care numbers not connectable. I send them my account statements but no response or never found any live person to speak with. Kindly help. If this is not a right place to complain then suggest.
