I have booked my ticket from Lucknow to Haridwar wide PNR 2116456836 Train number 14265;DOJ 25-03-2016;Coach S7 berth 45 &48

I have sms details of ticket in my mobile number +91-8449965100 from IM-IRCTC
I have been charged 1070/- additional fare from TTE (Mr. PK) on the same.
TTE (Mr. PK) came to us first time and asked for id i have shown my id wide name of Chandra Prakash Joshi, he said he wants chandan joshi id, otherwise we were not be able to travel and have to pay penalty. However i have shown him the messaged which i have got on my mobile number +91-849965100. This time TTE (Mr. PK) has gone.
Second time again same TTE came and asked for the same id, i have shown the same which i have shown earlier, this time he quarreled us and then i have shown my wife’s pre -maritial id (Shalini Bisht) but again he denied and asked either he wants Chandan Joshi or Shalini Joshi. He was not agreeing on none of the id.
Third time at Moradabad station he came with one RPF man and this time RPF person was carrying a booklet for penalty and asking money to give TTE.
(While RPF has no authorization for inteerupting any passengers tickets). Again we have shown both the id’s then he brought two more RPF with one sub inspector and two police man and was ready to fight with us. TTE (Mr. PK) was saying he will cull the chain and charge us for Chain Culling also.
I have told if you have any problem we will sorted out this with SM at Haridwar but he was not ready for same and harrasing us.
From Lucknow to Haridwar he has harrased us three times and was misbehaving with my wife. I have called to 138 but they denied to take my complain, I have called 139 to customer care they also denied to take the complain. We were totally helplessed on that time
I was travelling with my wife and my 2 year son, and the man TTE has no manner , misbehaving, cheating,harrasing and threating us.
So we would like to lodge a complain against TTE (Mr. PK) of
Harrasement
Corruption
Cheating
Misbehaving
Threaten
Harrasement against Female (my wife Mrs. Shalini Joshi)
Request to you please take it seriously from your end and do the necessarry action againt TTE (was spoiling the name of government) and revert with us with the positive response
