Train no 12393, My reservation B1, 13,14. The train reached New Delhi 12 hours late on 28 January 2018. Due to this delay mu health detoriated and I felt tensed. I want to blame railway for my mental disturbance. I also want compensation from Indian railway to compensate my mental distress.
