Indigo Airlines – Lost Baggage in Transition – BOM-BLR- 6E 6293

I had travelled via Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Mumbai (TK 0720 – PNR – VDH3CX, Baggage tagging – TK 327617) on 9th September and took a flight from Mumbai to Bangalore (6E 6293, PNR – FLFSXS). The baggage did not arrive to Bangalore. Seems, the Baggage is found and identified by the Turkish Airlines in Mumbai. They are asking for authorization from Indigo Bangalore to make the connection to BLR.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have provided all the details at the Baggage service counter at BLR airport. I’m trying to call the customer support everyday, BLR MHB and BOM MHB indigo staff are not much responsive.

This is causing lot of stress
