I had applied for Fastag on Dec 23rd I am not sure how this site was so professional, gave all the details applied for it and happened to pay 1500 , got a mail about the confirmation and a agent called me and informed that I would be getting in 10 days but no reply or news from them. If you could please register complaint and help us for refund

I had applied for a Fastag on 01/01/2021.I am not sure how this site was so professional,gave all details for it and happened to pay Rs.1500.00,got a mail about the confirmation and a executive will call for the address conformations.The Fastag Chip will be delivered within 7 days.But no reply or call.So please sent the chhip or refund the payment
