I take tour package from innovative tours noida but after partial payment of 18200 they dnt provide me tour packages and dnt refund my amount. Even they dnt pick call and reply me in text messages and whatsapp messages
Yes please lets take legal action against him

Hello Guys
I had booked andaman islands for 5 days and 4 nights for 35000 . I had paid 20000 as advance payment. i could not go on trip due to some family issue. I had requested Deepak Tomar citing the same and he agreed to refund money after deducting 1000 per person within 7 to 21 days. Its already more than one month and they dont even pick calls, reply msgs and mails. Shame on these guys and let come forward together what we can do legally. These are fraud people and i warn new customers to stay away from this company.
I have booked my tour package for andaman via phone call from dipak, and payment done straight way to their account called Tapesh for both hotel and flight booking. I have paid Rs 267777 till now but they aren’t responding over call or Whatsapp instead cutting my call and texting busy messages just one day before tour.
During booking they were forcefully followed me but now not a single response.
I have called dipak from others number then he is saying flight cancelled.
Such a rude behavior with clients and irresponsible thought, i didn’t even saw anywhere.
Request to take action
They just harrased me and my dreams my newly married life.

Dear Mr. Dev,
As we have word earlier , Your amount will be refund as per the company term & condition to you,
when You have paid 13000/- but we have not received in our company account and we update the same to you and when amount credited in within a minuts it gone debit to your account due to your complain in the band , we update the same to you at the same time,
we have asked the amount for hotel booking and you have paid only 5000/- for your upcoming tour which is going to start in few days. Room could not been confirmed due to non payment 50% at the hotel.
We have given you the time for amount refund 21 to 45 working days.
