I am a GOLD member of Intermiles since last many years. In most of my transactions for shopping done via shop.intermiles.com, the credit of intermiles in my accounts are denied stating standard `copy-paste’ mails in response to complaint on mails: [email protected]. Each time separate mails are being generated and most of time separate team member would respond. Same is the problem on the call center phone, the call center person would give standard responses.
