Intermiles – Refund of cancelled ticket

I had booked Emirates Airlines through Intermiles (Intermiles membership no. is 102099270) points for travel from Mumbai to London for 1st May, 2020 and return on 31st May, 2020. My Intermiles booking reference is JPUB1000220104 and The Emirates Airlines PNR was J7LLKN. This travel was cancelled by airlines due to Covid pandemic and i had given request to Intermiles for refund. This was processed by them in June and still after three months there is no refund from Intermiles even though Airlines has mentioned to me that they have processed all cancellations and you have to check with your travel agent (in this case Intermiles). Repeated emails and reminders to Intermiles has not evoked any clear response from them. There is no clear timeline given by them for my refund. I have sent them my account statement which clearly shows not refund is made till 9th Sep, 2020. This is fraud on their part and they have no regard for their customers. Most pathetic service that I have used in my life.
