Hello,

Ordered Lava X81 Mobile Battery (LEB110) in Jaxtakart.com for Rs. 710.00, Order ID: #431675, Ordered on 15/05/2019.
The product was not shipped till date. Emails sent to customer support but no reply. No call back number. Its been 3 weeks now and still no update or details. Fraud service.

Please help me in recovering my money back.
Hope they are doing it with many other customers.
Please take look into this issue and do the needful.
