I have also booked a studio apartment in 2013 but even after taking 40% of the money in the company does not start the project and now even after 4 years they had kept all buyers hard earned money. I want refund of my money but now news is coming that jaypee group is bankrupt now. Please guide how to take refund from such a fraudulent company and can we file a legal case against them.
