Jeeves Consumer Services – Not providing refund since following last 90 days

I purchased a TCL iffalconn TV from flipkart in October 2020, as well as a 2-year warranty extension package from Jeeves.
My TV panel was throwing lines in September of this year, so I complained about it. They picked up my TV and assured me that they would fix it and return it to me within three to five working days because the TV panel had already been ordered.
However, after a month of follow-up, they stated that they were unable to repair and were giving you an 80% refund.

Due to the lack of alternatives, I also accept the punishment.
As of Dec. 28, 2022—nearly three and a half months later—they still haven’t given any refunds.
What kind of customer service is this? Making false promises leaves me feeling much more dejected than before.
I would not recommend purchasing this kind of extended warranty.
