Dear Sir/ Madam,

This complaint is in reference to Jet Airways where my luggage was misplaced by the airlines due to lack of security in checking during my international trip from Delhi to Paris.
I boarded the flight from Delhi to Bombay on 2nd December 2017(9W 304) where my luggage contains power bank inside it and was missed as a security check and was passed on to Bombay Airport where i have a connecting flight to Paris. On boarding the flight i was told that my luggage contains Power bank inside it and at Bombay Airport Flight number (9W 124) it was removed well before time but having removed the same the same was not sent to Paris airport and my luggage was misplaced by the Airlines.
On reaching Paris airport a complaint was filled (CDG9W11330) regarding the lost luggage.
Despite following up with the I have not received any response regading the status of my baggage and it was never received to me during my entire trip of 10 days.
Apart from it numerous emails were sent to airlines regarding the compensation for the inconvenience caused by them to me but have not received any email from their side
Just because of their lack in security i suffered a lot of inconvenience during my international trip with my luggage been lost
