I booked domestic ticket (No. 589-1246787652) in Jet Airways on 9.2.2017. I called them (8.4.2017) to know about a my flight timings and cancellation charges at that time they told me that if I cancel it then I will get full refund (reason: flight departure time has been changed), now they are refusing their words and saying if I want to cancel it then I have to contact agent (musafir.com). When I contacted agent they said I will get only ₹192 if I cancel it. Airline behaviour was not good. I attached a call record with it.
