My name is Gurnoor Singh Anand
I booked a flight on Jet Airways for 27th of March from Mumbai to Lucknow via Delhi.
Due to some issues i could not board and i cancelled tickets but prior to cancellation i asked jetbairways for refund amount, they told me that i will get full refund of Rs 9876/- as the flights got preponed.

I only got Rs 1576/- in my account and i have a screenshot of the Refund Page clearly stating that the amount to be refunded is Rs 9876/-

Not at all satisfied with the services . Please lodge a complain for Jet Airways for not providing the said amount.
