Subject- cancellation of ticket due to misguidance of makemytrip, AND JET AIRWAYS

Dear Sir,
My son Mr.Seeman Shaikh is Student and he is studying in Russia he had booked jet airways air line Ticket from mobile app of makemytrip E-TICKET No of which is 589-1125020080 the rout of this ticket is from moscow to mumbai via dubai and mumbai to moscow via paris, at the time return journey from bombay airport while doing boarding airport authority has denied boarding because passenger dose not have transits visa for Paris and my son has cancelled his journey. i want to inform you that at the time of ticket booking no information of transits visa has been reflect on mobile app of makemytrip and not it is mentioned on copy of ticket i have practically checked this mobile app by doing proxy booking procedure of same rout flight but that time also i didn’t saw any message regarding transits visa condition.i have communicate with jet airways many times but i have not received positive response i am requesting you please look into this matter seriously and do refund of my ticket or rescheduled it as earlier as possible my mobile no is 9922246678, yours faithfully,
