i am a platinum member of jet airways.I have tried to book mileage tickets on jet airways through phone but they ask us to email us the details. when I sent an email, I got an automated reply saying that i will get a call or reply within 72 hours. after 72 hrs , when i call up jet airways, they tell me that i should wait another 48 hours as we have raised the complaint. again after 48 hrs , when i call them, they say that they will surely call us back with next 24 hrs. continuously delaying the matter and not responding to it has been a common activity of jet airways. after that i sent 3 more emails for the same booking to jet airways and they replied back saying that i will be answered or called within next 48 hrs… this is going on since last 20 days and i am helpless……[email protected]
