Jio billing amount and services barred New Delhi South West
Hi,
Myself Amit Saini having mobile number 7019717100, service provider name – JIO. My phone services got barred yesterday (23-Nov-20) with no reason. I got the October 2020 invoice in which my outstanding amount was -232 that means i dont have to pay a single penny to JIO in lieu of the October 2020 rent whereas my bill amount was 230 only. Yesterday services of my mobile number got barred with no reason. Its really a harrasment situation for me when services got barred without any outstanding amount.
Need details why services got barred.
