Jio Fibre stopped working

My Jio Fibre stopped working 5 days ago, I have already contacted the customer service like a billion times and three teams of technicians have already visited my premises but the issue is still unresolved.
The technician on the second day said that the issue was at the back-end, he has forwarded the issue to the concerned department and the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs but it wasn’t , the team of technicians next day said the issue was at the back-end and they’ll forward the complainant to the concerned department as no such complainant was forwarded before .
Same thing happened the next day .
It is the same story over and over again.
Now it’s been 5 days and the issue is still unresolved.
The service request numbers provided to me are : SR000012EVYM and SR000012EGRZ.
