Jio infocom – For not providing connection even after recharge

Sir, I R.Girishraj the legitimate holder of Jio No-6304161654 submit that I used this number in my wifi router for internet usage. But due to some financial shortages I could not recharge and use the number for quite some period. On 10/08/2020, Ienquired with the jio customer service whether the number is active or not. The customer service assured that the number is active and to proceed with the recharge. Accordingly, I made a recharge of Rs-698. But even after recharging with a huge amount i have not been given connection and the signal shown in mobile is No network service. I enquired with the customer care. They told that the number has been alotted to someone else and you are not the legitimate user of this number hence you are not getting the service.
In this regard it is intimated for your cognizance :-
1. was not intimated about the disconnection of the number by the service provider.
2. The customer care gave false assurance that the number is active.
Foregoing notwithstanding, i request your esteemed self to either
1. Put my number 6304161654 to my service. or,
2. Allott me a different Jio number with active plan for which i have made the recharge of Rs 698. or
3. To kindly refund the amount to my bank account.

The law of land will never permit hardearned money of any individual citizen to doom like this. He should get the promised service for which he has made the payment or else it is pertinent for him to get the refund in full.
